I'm a beginner at COC. Which troops and strategy should I adopt to raid other player's village?

If you are a beginner at clash of clans, the troops that you will use to raid other player’s village are the barbarian and archers.
These two kind of troops are two of the first troops that you can train in your barracks.
They are also ideal to use because they only cost a little.
The strategy in using the barbarian-archer attack is to deploy your barbarians first followed by the archers.
The barbarians have higher hit points compared to the archers.
Meaning to say, they can endure and last longer in battles than archers.
However, they have to come in contact to building that they should attack to cause damage.
That is why you have to deploy them first.
Your barbarians will act as a shield to your archers that are behind them keeping your archers alive.
The archers can attack buildings from afar.
By using this strategy, you can successfully raid other player’s villages more effectively taking away loot and trophies.
When you are able to upgrade your town hall, you can have access to other troops and other buildings such as the spell factory.
If you can have the giants in your barracks, you can also use them together with the archers and barbarians for a stronger troop combination.
