How to start a Clan? Does it have strengths, weaknesses?

When you are currently in a clan, you have to leave the clan first before you can start a clan of your own.
You can start a clan by clicking on your clan castle.
Hit the “Create Clan” button found on the upper part.
You will then see how to create a clan on the page.
Provide the name of your clan that you want to create on the space provided for clan name.
A clan must have a badge, you can edit it by pressing the edit button beside the badge to have a personalized badge for your clan.
You can change its color and pattern depending on your preferences.
Then under it, there is a space where you can put the clan’s description.
You can put anything you want as long as it is not offensive to anyone.
Most clan put their clan rules under the clan description so that players who wants to join their clan will know what to expect when inside the clan.
Then choose your clan type.
The clan type is where you will decide whether you will allow anyone to join your clan which is good if you want other players to join your clan without requesting or is it an invite only clan wherein only players that you invited or accepted can join.
In an invite only type of clan, players that you didn’t invite to join the clan can also join if they send a request to join the clan and you accept it or some other players that are already inside the clan.
Then set the minimum trophies required for players to join the clan.
Only players who met this required trophies can send request to join.
Those players that you have invited however can join the clan even if they do not meet this requirement.
In creating a clan you will also set the war frequency of the clan by choosing from the options provided.
Also required when creating a clan is putting the clan’s location.
When everything is set, click the button on the lowermost part which has 40,000 gold on it.
It automatically take 40,000 gold from your storages.
The advantage of making your own clan is that you, as the leader, can control who can join the clan, who to promote as co-leaders and leaders, as well as demoting members.
The greater the number of your clan member that joins the war, the greater is also the clan XP that you will receive after each war.
The clan XP will help you level up your clan.
As leader of the clan you can set the rules that will govern your clan.
A good leader is the clan’s strength.
It will determine the clan’s growth as well as the clan’s sustainability.
However, creating a clan and being its leader entails a great responsibility.
You have be active almost most of the time to lead your members to war, answer questions and resolve indifferences between members that affects the clans progress.
