My TH become level 5, and I am able to increase walls. Which building should I defend with walls as priority?

Buildings that should be protected with walls is either your town hall or your storages, depending on your short term goals.
For example, if you want to move to a higher league to get better loot bonuses, then you have to keep your town hall safe.
Put your walls around your town hall, place it in the middle and surround it with defensive buildings.
This kind of layout should also be used as your war base.
However, if you want to save resources for an upgrade, then you have to prioritize keeping your storages walled at the center of your village so that attackers won’t be able to destroy them easily.
This kind of layout can be saved under one of your farming bases.
